Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description

To develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for production. Focus on product cost and meeting of production KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, implement and maintain production process flow
  • Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving
  • Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions
  • Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
  • Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance
  • Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop
  • Liaise with suppliers on manufacturing process
  • Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology
  • Organize meetings with other team members to facilitate growth
  • Establish a training and quality culture

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of lean Manufacturing, six sigma and ISO methodology
  • Proven work experience in process engineering
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Providing engineering support in production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
  • Assist Operations team in controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance,
  • Working closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees
  • To conduct technical cost analysis, and assist in developing engineering capabilities. Such as conducting cost analysis on trial parts and technology
  • Coordinating work with Engineering personnel, assigned technicians, and outside vendors

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
  • Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior

Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the automation team with manufacturing process development and improvement project
  • Support design modification and equipment repair
  • Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
  • Build prototypes from plan
  • Design circuitry and documentation
  • Use hand tools and computer program to complete assembly and testing processes.
  •  Summarize data and report on test results
  • Inspect electronic systems, instruments and equipment to ensure they meet applicable regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing concepts
  • Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
